Blueberry baked oatmeal
This blueberry baked oatmeal is packed with ingredients that will keep you full all morning. Sweet applesauce, cinnamon and vanilla taste like a dessert for breakfast!
How to make baked oatmeal
This recipe is one of the best baked oatmeal recipes because you can easily change things up to suit your family's preferences.
- Swap the blueberries for any other fruit you like. Try bananas, raspberries, strawberries, apples, blackberries … you can really do anything.
- If you want a little more crunch and substance, try adding some nuts. My favorite are pecans in this recipe.
After that, it's just as easy to mix the ingredients together, pour them into the baking dish, and enjoy a warm spoonful of hearty baked oatmeal 20 minutes later.
