Raspberry Yogurt Ice Pops
These simple, healthy raspberry yogurt ice pops made from just three ingredients are a wonderful treat on a hot summer day.
Raspberry Yogurt Ice Pops
These 3-ingredient raspberry yogurt popsicles are such a cool and refreshing summer dessert. I macerate the fresh raspberries with some organic cane sugar to release their juices. Then I mix in the yogurt and pour them into molds. Simple and tasty! If you're looking for more berry popsicles, try my raspberry coconut chia pudding pops and berry yogurt popsicles.
I partnered with Stonyfield Organic to create this popsicle recipe. Your yogurt is my all time favorite. The fat in your probiotic organic yogurt made from whole milk makes the popsicle particularly creamy. It's also packed with "billions of probiotics that aid immunity and digestive health." Ideal for children and adults!
Stonyfields yogurt is made from high quality organic ingredients and none of the bad stuff – no toxic, persistent pesticides, artificial hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs. It's good for its purpose – good for you, good for the planet, and good for your taste buds. For more recipes with Stonyfield Organic Yogurt, visit the Skinnytaste Hub on the website.
These creamy raspberry ice cream on a stick are such a healthy treat. Raspberries are full of antioxidants and fiber, while yogurt is an excellent source of protein. You could even have these raspberry yogurt bars for breakfast! You can also try this with another berry or a mixture of berries.
How to Make Homemade Popsicles
These simple yogurt popsicles come together in just a few steps.
- Lightly mash the raspberries with a fork, add the sugar and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt with the berries.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicles (Affil Link), insert the sticks and freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
Raspberry popsicle variations:
- Use a different berry. Make blueberry or strawberry yogurt popsicles instead of raspberry popsicles.
- Use vanilla yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
- If you don't have a popsicle tin, use small, disposable plastic cups instead.
