Easy Red White and Blue Fruit Skewer with Cheesecake Yogurt Dip is the perfect no-bake dessert for the summer!
I'm not sure what makes putting fruit on chopsticks so attractive, but my youngest daughter's eyes lit up when she couldn't wait to eat them.
I wanted a healthy cheesecake flavored dip so I played around with yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar and it was exactly what I was looking for. The strawberries tasted wonderful with this dip, it is a keeper!

This will feed a large amount, you can make the dip the night before, assemble it in the morning and keep it in the refrigerator until you eat it.
Variations
- You can omit the skewers and simply serve the fruit in a bowl with the dip.
- Use a pound cake or gluten-free cake instead.

When you need a quick dessert that doesn't take a lot of work, it doesn't get any easier! These fresh strawberry, blueberry, and angel cake skewers are perfect for Memorial Day.
For the cheesecake dip sauce:
- 4th ounce 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup non-fat Greek or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Raw sugar
For the skewers:
- 14th ounce Angel Food Cake, Cut about 1 inch cubes
- 72-84 medium-sized strawberries, about 3.5 lbs of stems removed
- 1 pint Blueberries
- 24 to 28 Skewers

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves; put aside.

Put 3 strawberries and 2 cake cubes alternately on each skewer with strawberries and cake.

Finish each skewer with 3 blueberries.

Place the finished skewers on a plate and refrigerate until ready to be eaten.
