"What should I eat?!" Our three-step guide to choosing the best keto foods for HER. [Infographic]

"What can I eat on the keto diet ?!"

When you eliminate almost an entire macronutrient – carbohydrates in the case of keto – it becomes a little harder to find the right balance of diet.

People interested in trying keto often wonder:

  • Can I still eat vegetables? If yes, which?
  • Is fruit totally forbidden? How about some grain?
  • What about foods that are low in carbohydrates, like cheese?
  • Is Bacon a Protein or a Fat? How many times can i eat it?
  • Is Butter Healthy? How much can i have ?!

That is why we created this handy keto food list for people who want to try it out.

Warning: You may find that this infographic is a little different from other keto guides you've seen.

We're not going to tell you that some foods are totally banned. It's just not our style. Instead, we've put foods that are normally considered "no-no" on the keto diet on the keto diet into a "eat less" bucket.

When you think of foods that have a continuum from "eat more" to "eat less", you can follow the keto diet and still include a number of nutritious foods. (Although on highly restrictive diets like keto, we always recommend working with a doctor, especially if you plan on sticking to the diet over the long term.)

Use our continuums to choose keto foods that are "just a little bit better" whether you're browsing the aisles of the grocery store, cooking a homemade meal, or ordering from a menu.

You will also learn how to:

  • Add a mixture of keto-friendly proteins, vegetables, and fats to make nutritious meals
  • Strategically improve your food choices – based on what you are currently eating – to help you feel better, move around, and look better.
  • Customize your intake to suit your unique lifestyle, goals, and (of course) taste buds.

As a bonus, we've made space available to create your personal keto food list on a continuum. This way, you can put together a delicious menu that suits you – without a headache.
